Ancestral property Advise needed on the daughter claims

22-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello, My Nanaji has 8 kids(4 boys + 4 girls) including my mother, he didn't do any will, though one of my mama claims to have one making him the owner of the property. There is a case in court which got dismissed by a judge in the lower court. My question is now there is the name of all his kids in the property. The deal is been worked to sell the property he says they are not going to give any share to the sisters. My question is it possible for them to sell the property without taking a signature from all the parties register as part of owners of the party. Is there are any legal option for my mother? to pursue in this situation if she don't get her rights.

Dear Sir.. Your mother is having equal right on the share of your Nana's property. Neither your Mama ji nor anybody else could deny her right. Your Mama ji cannot sell her property like this. For more information you can contact me. I will let you know everything.
Thanks and Regards
