After fathers death mother not giving me share in property what to do

My father buy property but now they died and owner is mother .. But my mother is not ready to give to property to one of her son that is me.. Can i challenge in court as i dont have any house .. I m living on rent..& my brother living with mother on flat.. My family will come on road.. I also given 60% amount of money of total money while buying home... But my mother is not giving me my share.. What to do

Yes..
You can file suit for partition and possession in civil Court.

Please do.not waste time as delay will go against you in court.

Please engage good Advocate and start taking action legally without any more delay.

Taking into consideration the above given facts. And your query therein.

In the above case. If your father has included your name on the property card. In such as case you already have the share. In case you do not have the name on the property card. It may not be possible to challenge the same in the court for share.
However a definite line of legal action can be ascertained after examining the documents related to the issue.

yes absolutely u have issueing notice to ur mother and brother/sister cause they r not absolute owner they have no authority , right to remove u.
after the death of ur father then u and ur family members automatically joint owner.
ur legal representative
then
u have file civil suit for declaration , permanent injunction, separate possession
