Advice in case 90% payment made to builder but flat is in litigation.

Hello Sirji I had registered a 2 bhk flat in Vasai in june 2016. The new flat is in litigation and it seems i will not get possession atleast for 6 to 8 months more. The building is completely ready. I had done 90 % payment almost a year before. What can i do now? Can i get compensation, If i file complaint in RERA?? work started in 2014. i paid 25% and did registration in june 2016.
