About appel in high Court mujhe time limt Janna appeal ki

Mere ek case me 420 ka case tha lower court ne mere favour me order Diya tha 27-12-2018 ko . Kya ab at present date me december 2019 me Kya opposite party us order ko high Court me challnage Kar sakti he kya....plz reply
3months is given for apeal and as well after being time bareed party can file apeal under section 5 of limitations act by giving the specific reason of delay in filing the appeal. And if court satisfied he can condone the delay
