Purchasing a property from NRI.

25-Jul-2023 (In NRI Law)
I have find a DDA Flat but the original owner is deceased and he has two sons. Both are NRI one living in UK and other in Canada. They have not transferred the property in their name. Although they have done Mutation and received the Letter of Administration based on will prepared by deceased. Can i buy this property ?? How can i proceed for it??

I have perused your query. Could you please let me know in case they have got the mutation done that implies that the property has been transferred in their name. You may contact us with better particulars to enable us to give our opinion on the same.

Hello I have perused your query. You have an option of communicating with them and thereafter ask them to transfer the title of the property into your name. This can be done by mutating the property in your name. For any further information feel free to contact me. Thank you
