Marrying an NRI (OCI) - Am a Central Govt Employee - Legal implication

Am working for a Central Govt Organisation (DoS - ISRO) India. I wish to marry an NRI (OCI) who is a citizen of USA. He is working for a public company in USA. We both like to maintain our citizenship as it is after marriage., along with the current jobs. We like to understand the legal challenges and formalities to get through, so that it does not affect my job. Please respond if you have previous experience in handling similar situations. NOTE: We both are legally divorced for few years now,

Dear Sir, You may get marry under the provisions of Special Marriage Act. As per my little knowledge on this subject it seems you both can maintain your respective citizenships and continue your respective jobs. Anyway it is better to consult advocates practicing in International Laws and also Advocates of USA dealing in similar cases.
