I am a NRI cheated by my Indian wife

I am a 43 years old NRI from London.I am a businessman here. I was dating a young Indian girl,working in Goldman sachs.We got married here after I got separated from my ex-wife in 2020.Her parents were opposing our marriage due to age age difference(15 years) between us.We married here in a church and all the legal documents are available with me.Eventually she got transferred to India after a year. We decided she will be returning back to here after resigning there in India and will be working here in London.It's been two years she is still in India. Upt march this year I was sending her money as she had resigned there in india. I was quite surprising for me ,when I meet her boss in a social gathering here.I came to know she is still working and never resigned.When I contact few of my friends in India to get some information of her...I was devastated.She has married and settled here .When I confronted her , she quarrelle with me blocked me.I am not able to contact her any more.I felt

Hi Sir, First of all, the facts depicted by you is clearly cheating. If she is legally married to you, without taking divorce she can't remarry. Need to know more details in order to guide you effectively Please feel free to call Thanks Adv Dr Preeti

hello sir as matter described by you, your wife married with some other person without getting divorce from you and also take money timely then you can lodge fir against her, or take legal action for wrong act. For further help and legal guidance you can contact with me. Adv Jitender Singh

You can lodge an FIR fir bigamy or you can also file a case for divorce if u want to get seprate from her or you also more remedies you have to give me complete facts as which religion she belongs to and wts your religion and under which priviosion or customs you both married only than a perfect solution can be given to you...
