Court notice against NRI Wife to Indian address

20-Aug-2023 (In NRI Law)
I am a NRI living in Dubai for past 4 years, I was married in Nov 2018.It was an arranged marriage and he agreed to migrate with me to Dubai, same way i took him to Dubai, and we hardly lived a happy life, I ended up losing all my money spending everything to have him here. From the day of our wedding we had to face too many issues because of him and his family. After all the harassment, i even resigned my job and came to India to live with him, but even then they harassed me and my family for Dowry, so I attempted suicide and was sent to my home by them. I fell into depression and some how my family supported me financially to go back to Dubai. Now they have sent some court notice to my Indian address, now I do not know how to handle this. We do not have any idea what is that notice that came in a registered post from Chennai high court, and will I be able to handle these things from Dubai. Because i will not be able to come back to India for at least a year. I wish to file a divorce
