Q: Assistance required regarding mutual divorce

Hi, I got married by Jan this year and that was typically a Christian arranged marriage, and day 1 of my marriage I found that groom and their family have not informed about the skin diseases and they made arguments finally both families decided to go for Mutual divorce , But from groom side they are willing to sign divorce papers only by next year feb, I am worried whether they are playing some trick with us already they screwed my life due to that I am suffering from severe depression and I need assistance on this kindly help.

Hi, I understood your situation and going to any divorce we have to wait for minimum one year...before that not accepted by the court. meanwhile after filling the mutual consent petition 6 months more waiting for divorce..one special petition is there for divorce after filing a mutual consent...please call for further details...thanks.



Q: Cheated by lending money to known person

I gave money to known persons by getting 20 rupees bond and blank cheque as evidence. Now he is refusing to pay it. Can I claim legally. How to.. Please advice.

Q: My husband filed divorce case against me under cruelty

My husband filed divorce case against cruelty ,he stated I tried to separate him from his parents and also I did not copulate for the 2years ....also i did not live with him mostly i lived with my parents home,whether he got divorce?.... how can i handle this case ?....shall i give complaint in police station about him and his parents ?....if I file complaint in police station they will arrest him immediately?.....also I have daughter ,how much maintenance I get as he earning 40k monthly....

Q: Loan Overdue due to Covid-19 need legal advise

ir, I borrowed Rs. 200000 from a Private finance bank. Now i am in a very bad situation because of Covid-19. My wife lost job and my small business amount also lost. last month there are nearly Rs.15500 HDFC charged as bounce charge ( nearly 10 bank cheques bounced.) I got only 28000 thousand . I can not pay the loan EMI at any cost. Now The Private fiance bank send message threatening they are going present a cheque for 200000 in two three days. I do not know what to do. Please advise. Now I am trying to start my small business again. For that also I need money. I changed my residence and hiding my address.
