Wife is not coming back to home

My In-Laws care about their daughter and don't want to keep any relation with my family which I don't like. I got married in 2018 as per shariah. She came to our home (as per my family's wish) with no dowry at all. This turned out to be negative for me and my family. My in-laws started to think that there is something great in them. And started to show attitude from day 1. My In-Laws never call me on any occasion. Even my father and my 7 months old daughter had to go to ICUs multiple times, they never called. They used to call my wife 15 times a day to know every silly thing. My wife went on visit to her father's home w/ her father. Her father told my father for 15 days but didn't discuss it with me. I am not talking to her since she left home without my permission (3 mth). Now she is avoiding coming back saying I don't love her. I don't know what to do. I love my wife but I am mentally tortured by my In-Laws. I am mentally harassed and hurt because of their rude behaviour.
