Judgement on widow's share in deceased husband's property having surviving children.
A Muslim law is a very comprehensive and complex law of inheritance. A complete Family tree needs to be drawn for ascertaining the share of widow. Just a mere figure can't be given. Normally a wife gets 1/3 but still many more calculations at each step is necessary.
