Well I am Muslim have file cases against my husband 498a, maintenance,custady,divorce 2 months back.as my Mehar is 7 lac so oi nlaws forcing me to take qula .so I wanted to know if I filed case if desolation of marriage so will I get my Mehar amount? And when I start getting my maintenance?
This suggestion only. Your question is totally not clear. However you has been filling the cases against you husband only or others,your one of the case is custody case if you are have children? or not.If there is any understanding in between you and husband also with your in- laws,if your mehar amount agree to giveby them to you is well and good. Your mehar amount was written in Nikha Nama?.If you are filing desolation of marriage case and your claim of mehar amount it desided on merit of the case. To make counselling and solve your problem other wise or your above cases are helpful on merits.
