My husband is doing 2nd Marriage need help

My husband and his mother had hit me and then they are not allowing me to stay with them and my mother in law is a Muslim molana she have done 5 marriages she has 3 son and with whom I got married he is the eldest and now from last 10 months I am at my parents house they didn’t even came to take me they don’t follow the law also I had file a dv case still for 2 hearing they didn’t came and now I came to know that he is doing 2nd marriage I need help from the government n court I want ucc to come
Well, you can stop your Hubby from committing Second Marriage if he has given you Triple Talaq instantly, considering, uttering Triple Talaq at once and seeking Talaq on the basis of it, is illegal in India and in most countries of the world.
