Muslim, married 4 weeks back, work out of India. Girl has Vitiligo & not revealed before marriage. No permanent cure for Vitiligo & can reoccur anytime in future & passed on to next generation. Stayed with her for 3 days only.n1. Can I get divorce on the basis of cheating while i stay out of India.n2. Should I initiate the divorce or wait for her to take some action. n3. Time taken for divorce for recent marriage case. n4. Will I have to pay for maintenance if I initiate the proceeding of divorc
you can initiate proceeding for cancelling of the marriage on the basis of concealing a vital material fact and misrepresentation. she will not take any action of separation but may a file false criminal cases against you when she comes to know of your idea. it is better to start early.
