Legal document for safety in divorce

I have been married for 4 years. I have a 1.5 year daughter. My wife has been abusive with eveyone. Including me,my parents, her parents and our daughter. She started abusing our daughter when she was just a 10 months old just because she would not eat food. She does chat online with guys and flirt with them. A month ago I had to move to city alone due to work from office reasons. Now under pressure she agreed to sign a legal document. What could be that? For my safety and help divorce incase
For your safety legally you can send a notice to your wife as a warning to her for the behavior. You can also enter into a memorandum of understanding laying down the code of conduct between you both.

Well, if any of her BF has pressurised her to sign on any legal Document, regards which, you have suspicion, that, it is a Divorce Petition, then, do not worry, Mutual Divorce will not happen without your consent and signature.
