Joint Ownership Mother and Son (Muslim)

26-Nov-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
I am going to buy a flat making my mother a co-owner. I have two siblings and they have no contribution towards this purchase. God forbids in future if something happens to my mother will that flat ownership go to me? Is Joint Tenancy applicable here?. If not what the best way to go forward?

Well, if something happens to your mother, i.e, if she dies naturally, after you making her as the Co-owner of the Property purchased by you, then, her share will be automatically get transferred to her children and husband being Class - I Legal Heirs, if she will choose to not transfer the Property to you during her lifetime via Will.
