Is release deed valid in muslin law in combined family

my brother was taken release deed in inherent property in 1989, by cheating. from 4 sister out of 7 . please advice me . we filed civil suit against said deed in 2011.now case is on final stage. please help me in this regards.
Since you have already filed a case and the case is pending, it is suggested that you take all reasonable actions to obtain evidence that the release deed / NOC was obtained by your brother by fraud, cheating and misrepresentation.
