Hi , nI'm a resident of Bangalore, and my husband is from Mangalore. We are married for 6 years 9 months. Since 2020 my husband is having affair and I informed his affair to his parents because of which he wants to divorce me now.nhe sent a legal notice with all false allegations the same week I informed his parents, and we responded to that notice.nI have given my 100% to keep my marriage happy.nNow he wants to send me a notice from court. Please advice me what action I should take.
if your husband gets a notice from Court sent to you for divorce, you need to engage advocate for you to defend you and to deny divorce to him. He can not be just making allegations againt you, should have proof to win the case,
