Beginning of Marriage In 10 days Hospitals trips started within 10 month of marriage 16 Hospitals and 4 Surgeries have Done including pregnancy. First they said Because of Husband spine pain started and afterwards pregnancy they alleged due to pregnancy and child she got desease and new born baby handed over to me. nWhen i got proof of this before marriage deseases through calls and MRI reports they demanded 10 lakh money we dint give they put false 498a and 125 crpc now iam exparte in 125 crpc
hi if she had failed to diclose the medical facts before marriage then you could proceed legally and you need to file set aside petition in maintenance petition and also quash petition against Section 498A
