As per muslim law we have 2 son 4 daughter and my property is 13 acers. what is the ration of devidation
As per Muslim personal law the property left behind by the deceased without any will is divided into the legal heirs. If the deceased left behind a will then it has to be done according to the will. As for legal heirs the men and women legal heirs hold different share.
