05-Sep-2023 (In Muslim Law Law)
Can lady becomes Parsee after her husband death? If yes, what precautions should be taken? If yes, she has to prepare her will as per Parsee law. She has to make declaration about no relationship with second wife of Muslim husbands and her children. She has to give declaration in gazette and newspaper.

If you were a parsee before marrying the Muslim man then you still are parsee. You do not have any relationship with your husband's second wife and children after death of your husband. For preparing any document discussion is required kindly contact

It depends upon how the marriage was solemnized. Whether the lady had converted her religion at the time of marriage for marriage. Or the marriage was solemnized under special marriage act. There will be no scope for the second wife and his children from Muslim husband
