IS THE GOVERNEMENT FIXED THE COMPENSATION PAYABLE UNDER NEW MV AMENDEMENT ACT 2019? That is, 5 lakhs for death and 2.5 lakhs for grievous injury. Or the claimaint can seek compensation from old structered Formula basis? Kindly answer.
No no compensation under moter vehicle act is fixed by the govt or by any new law introduced. the structural order for calculation of the amount of claim is still there in force.
