My brother made an accident and was charged under IPC 337 and 338. Will he face any issues in jobs or abroad travel for studying?
hi yes he will face problems if he wants to go abroad when there is pending criminal case and he could file quash petition to quash the case or file discharge petition in lower court questioning it after going through averments mentioned in it
