charged under Section 279,337.304(A) of IPC due to accidental death

29-Apr-2024 (In Motor Accident Law)

I have been charged with above sections due to accidental death of a person in which I was involved which driving my two wheeler. I have valid insurance, license and all other documents. Kindly suggest how this case to be dealt with.
