Accident of rental car by person without driving licence. Advice.

I have rent a car from a rental car company.and i take the car from delhi to mussorie by self drive.after we travel from mussorie we stay in dehradun for a night in hotel. And then i have handed the car to my friend how was in dehradun so he can take the car back to home in dehradun.on the way to home he hit another car.and the other car flip.then he ran the car back to home.the other car have family in there some minor injuries are happen to them..then the other car file a FIR on the car.the friend who hit the car has no driving license..so what should i do now?
