Unregistered rent agreement for 12 months not being renewed

I am tenant from year 2002 in a commercial shop.My landlord renewed unregistered rent agreement (notorial) on 1 Jan 2018 for 12 months duration expiring on 31 Dec 2018 rent 2700 Rs.Landlord do not have intention to renew it, he denied other tenants, surly he will deny me.I have no others means of earning.How can I remain there and upto when? Please suggest solid remedy.

Ask him for renewal. Let him ask to vacate the shop. THEN fight case. BETTER contact some lawyer
