Sir, one has to look at what is provided in the agreement with the real estate agency upon expiry of the agreement and in cases where tenant identified by thr agency is not vacating. You will have to initiate a case against both the agency and the tenant for eviction. Also the terms of agreement between the tenant and agency could be looked into for repayment of the amount by agency and the rights of tenant when there is no repayment.
