Tenant is not leaving my shop what can i do now

As subject there is my shop which as given by my grandmother to one man on rent above 35 years no agriment was not done now he is not living my shop what should I do?
You need to issue a notice to your tenant first for vacation of property and recovery of arrears of rent. Thereafter you should file a suit before the court for recovery of possession of property. For further details pls contact personally.

You need to ensure that whether any agreement has been entered into. Because on basis of your documents you will have to decide the jurisdiction before which an eviction suit will be required to be filed to evict the person from the premises. If you are successful to obtain decree against the person occupying the premises then you will be entitled for mense profits too
