Tenant being a Lawyer not vacating the Commercial Office Space

30-Dec-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Dear Sir My tenant being a lawyer is not vacating the commercial space rented out to him inspite of repeated email commn and phone calls. He does not respond to the emails nor messages. Since last eight months he has been verbally committing that he will vacate but not moving out. We are worried as he himself being a civil lawyer will use his legal expertise to thwart our repeated written requests. Please advise. Thanks

Hai. I will assist you with respect to the same.
Send a legal notice to vacate the premises. if he won't vacate, file an eviction suit seeking him to evict from the premises.
