Rented house without agreement for 8 years now not vacating what to do

I have let one portion of my house to one family before 8 years.no agreement between us .I told them to vacate it for my use last year .so for they not vacated seeking time to vacate several times.I have given lot of warnings but in vain what I have to do now to vacate them?they are Muslims.
There is no mention about the rental deposit lying with you. You may adjust the rental deposit against arrears of rent, if any. Please send them a legal notice demanding vacant possession of the property within a month's time and payment of up-to-date rent . If there is no response, file a suit at the proper court, with an interim order for payment of rent into court.
