Procedure to vacate the house legally if party is denying the same

Hi, my dad has a let out property and the occupant refused to vacate. The property is let out as land and he constructed building on it and runs a shop. He have been given a verdict a couple of years before to vacate by the muncif court but he has gone for appeal in HC and still holds posession of property. He his wealth enough and has lot of property and assets in same area. What would be the best step forward to vacate him legally out our property
You have not stated whether there are any rental arrears. If so, file an application in the High Court for an interim order directing deposit of rent in the court. Press for early disposal of the appeal through your dealing advocate.
