Non payment of rent even after sending notice. Want to complain

Tenant has not paid a rent since 10 months, I have already issued a notice regarding payment of rent and eviction as agreement period is over just one month before. I already had made a mistake by issuing notice very late. Tenant is not paying rent and asking More Time. So I waited for a month further, but yet tenant failed to pay rent. Now what?
