Non payment of rent by tenant not vacating house

my tenant is not vacating the house after a verbal notice been sent to them. they have failed to pay the rent as well from the last 3 months. what action can be taken against them
You can approach the Rent Controller Court of your jurisdiction. The name of forum/jurisdiction will depend upon which, city/state property is situate.
The Rent Controller, apart from granting other reliefs as ur facts will spell out, will order payment of arrears of rent plus interest plus costs on first date of hearing.
