Need assistance for pagadi system In Dombivali

I have room in and my owner saying I want this room and I'll give another room because he needed for some reason however under pagadi system only but I have paid the property amount and how can they change me and also need clarity for how long we can keep property vacant.

1. The owner should have genuine reasons to ask you to vacate the house;
2. The owner cannot remove you just like this;
3. Ask him to give you in writing that he will temporarily shift you;
4. Consult a local lawyer show them the documents, receipts and the agreement you have.
