Mother was tenant for superstructure was evicted after review petition

My mother was a tenent for superstructure and she was evicted after review petition against our favour is there any free legal remedy for her?Is there any appeal?the judgement given in the year 2004.evicted in 2005.
You have not stated certain relevant facts, such as why your mother was evicted, who filed the eviction suit and who asked for a review of the judgment. In any case, now more than 12 years have elapsed. At this stage, there is no legal remedy left.
