Legal remedy in case possession not given by landlord

we were having possession of ground floor in rent ( I have enterpruners document and licence showing that address) and 2 yeras back thy constructed 2nd floor on that and whole building got collapsed (DC copy attached showing building got collapsed), now thy are constructing again and we want our pocession back or compensation - pocession was from my grandfather's time

IN such a case, you can claim for damages from the landlord by filing a suit for damages in the civil court, showing the relevant proof against the Landlord. You can also ask for compensation along with damages from them, Make sure you have all requisite proof showing the damages/loss.
