Landlord selling house as soon as longterm tenant moved in

31-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Landlord decided to sell the house immediately after I moved in as tenant (within 3 weeks), despite promising me a longterm stay. I have to vacate in 60 days and spend Rs. 15 k for moving truck charges. Also, I have spent Rs. 5 k for deep cleaning the kitchen and bedrooms, because owner did not handover a clean villa to me. Should the landlord refund these costs to me, as I am moving only due to her sudden decision, and not any fault of mine? Can she deduct 1 month rent as cleaning charges?

see if you are a tenant and if the landlord sells the house, you become the tenant of the new owner, and if the previous owner wants to vacate you tell him to pay all the charges, expenses and maintenance carried out and if you find an alternative then move out, or you can file a civil suit not to evict you from property without due process of law and obtain an order not to evict you.
