Landlord asking to vacate the flat without any reason

Hello,
I am on 2 year lease. After one year broker have sent me a notice on whatsaap without mentioning any reason. I am paying rent on time and there is no default. I got another notice after 15 days by hand without mentoning any reason. Signatures are different on both the documents. I met with the owner and he wish to vacate the house saying he needs his house for personal use but dont want to give reason in writing. Need help on how to proceed further.
Well, you can resist the owner flatly from vacating the House via Legal Notice, considering, your lease agreement is still in existence and falling under validity period. You can tell him to knock doors of Judiciary to vacate you legally. In this case, Court will support you and tell the owner that if he wants you to evict early, then, he either pay you hefty compensation or find an alternate home for you for lease
