Landlord asking to sign an agreement with irrevokable clauses

My land lord is asking yo sign on consent letter with irrevokable clauses on agreement for allowing yo redevelop the plot of my flat with no details mentioned and only written that we will be ready to move to the alternative transit location with no further details What should i do?

This is my response to you:
1. The landlord should make valid clauses;
2. Do not sign until you show the consent letter to your local lawyer;
3. If you agree to the terms without knowing its implications then you are legally bound by it;
4. Therefore make sure the terms comply with the law down in Maharashtra Rent Control Act.
