This is my response to you:
1. Under whose name is the 1RK?
2. If it is still in your father's name then he can stake a claim on it;
3. Regarding the adjoining flat, only if your father paid the money for that flat then he can stake a claim;
4. You can send a legal notice;
5. If he does not respond then you will have to file a suit for eviction;
6. Maximum is you can take help of police station and file a formal complaint.

Hello,
Firstly if till now you have told them orally that won't be enough so now on the very initial basis send them notice and mention everything in that notice. Than there would be too senario whether they will reply or they won't so if they failed to reply to the notice than you should move to the court. For any further query you can contact me through law rato
