How to evict a tenant from a shop

12-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My brother and I have Two commercial shops on first floor(almost same size),both are on rent @ 800 per month for the last 20 years . We both are having a joint name receipt in both shops but both shops are occupied by my brother. He is not ready to evict one shop. I purchased one shop from landlord last year 2015 august ,hence I have become the owner of one shop. Now, Please tell me how can I evict that shop from my brother by taking a legal action as at present I'm doing business on a rented shop. How can I evict the shop on grounds of bonafide requirement (or any other solution) Thanks
