How can I ask my tenant to vacate the house?

My tenant is not paying rent on time. and is creating a problem. how can i get it vacated

You can file a suit for eviction under rent act but to get effective results get it filed under self need and that is the law of land as law favouring landlords in on verge.. There must be some bonfire need and along with it other ground for eviction would be non payment of rent

Dear client, you can serve legal notice on your tenant demanding rent due and still if your tenant doesn't pay the rent due then you can move to the court and file eviction petition (in Punjab its u/s.13) against your tenant on the ground of non payment of rent due and other grounds available to you. Other grounds, will be assessed/made out by your counsel after discussing in detail with you. As it depends where you live and which Act is applicable to you.
