Flatmate want to kick out of the flat as my name is not in theagreemen

My flatmate made a rent agreement without including me in that i have paid for the agreement, rent and the deposit of the flat and now they want me to move out of the flat as I’m not in the agreement. But I don’t want to move out of the flat as I have already paid adviced amount.
Well, you can lodge a case of Cheating against your Landlord under Sec 420 of the IPC, 1860. By lodging a Police Complaint, request the concerned Police Station to convert that Police Complaint into a FIR.
