06-Feb-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Sir we r tenant since 26 years and know owner wants to remove us and we don't want to leave that place.so please help me we financely week n my father income very low please sir help me
whether you have agreement of tenancy or not and what is your rent. Landlord shall have right to vacate the premises but the landlord shall file the requriement for which purpose he has requrie that place after 26 years.
No I would be difficult for your landlord to evict you otherwise also you are enjoying adverse possession, the only remedy available to your landlord is to show bona fide else it's very difficult to him to get vacated
Firstly for removing you he has to send legal notice if there is a agreement between you both of them for that you can file your reply or can file suit against landlord to restrain him by dispoosessing you without due process of law
