Builders employee cheated and took 10,000 what to do.

We booked an office space in Greater Noida for which builder is not paying lease as per lease agreement. Here is my concern for now : One month back i received a call from their employee asking for Rs. 10,000/- to get the lease started through internal settlement. Now after 1 month he has stopped picking calls. The money was transferred online and i have all call records. Also i came to know that he is not full time employee but a freelancer. How do i take action against such frauds? Will i also will be considered guilty if i file a complaint??
yes you can file a complaint against them with the Police and get a FIR lodged against them. You will have to give all the supporting documents which prove that they have cheated you. Make sure That you take the DD number at the time of filing the complaint.
