Workplace sexual harassment charge

Someone from my lost phone contacted one of my female co worker, she filed sexually harassment charge on me that she received call from my number, date she mentioned was the same date my phone was lost.I have made an online complaint regarding my lost phone on the same day with Maharashtra police online portal and I have the complaint number.Need advice on how to move further from here?
Has she filed a complaint against you at police station and an FIR is registered? If you have proofs of filing of a complaint for missing your mobile phone then it will be of help to you. If FIR is already registered then you'll have to first secure bail

Well, you need to hire a defence lawyer if she has filed a case of sexual harrasment in Court. It will be explained to the concerned Judge in Court, that, it was not you, someone else, who found your cell phone, had done that sexual harrasment call.
