Can contractual employee of Govt organisation in delhi will get adoption paid leave if she adopts baby of less than 15 days
Yes. The law is same for all mother and for the all sort of people whether they are permanent, contractual, Labour, badli worker etc. Law do not makes any difference or biasness depending upon the type of job you are in or the position hold by you.
As far as leave on the ground of adoption is concerned though it has not been specifically written in maternity leave act but you deserve this leave and you should get it.
