What can be done against the circular regarding revocation of transfer

my wife joined state irrigation department in the year 2003 and got transfer to PWD in the year july 2016 after duly completing the transfer process. Now in the year 2017 the irrigation department has sent an circular advising the department head to revoke the transfer effected in the year 2016. when my wife joined in the year 2003, the irrigation and pwd were merged departments. Can we fight the case by filing an appeal before karnataka administrative tribunal. Pl advise.
Absolutely you can fight against revocation of transfer order. You may file in Karnataka administration tribunal or you can file a writ petition in the high court of Karnataka to get relief. Consult and get relief.
