Want to stay in one place to take care of child and stop job transfers

Sir I m working in nationalized bank as officer. My job is transferrable. I lost my child two months ago and now i want to adopt a child but my inlaws and my parents are sick. They cant take care a child . due to my job it istransfer how can i stay with my adopt child . please give me legal help.my husband is in mnc

you can write a letter to the concerned headquarters regarding the problem and the reasons why you should not be transferred. Being a Transferable job if your bosses agree upon and understand your concern may give you appropriate letter, But to be honest the chances are very less in this circumstances for getting it allowed.
