Termination of service without giving opportunity to be heard

My son joined as Probationary Officer in Icici Bank on completion of training arranged by the bank at a cost of Rs.300000/-.A loan for the said amount was allowed by the bank at a low interest rate on the condition that the same would be recovered in 60 EMI from his salary on his joining after the training. My son joined the bank in a branch in Guwahati on Feb'2015 and worked as a sales manger.Now the bank has terminated his job on the issue of wrong mobile no. in a customer account opened by him. They did neither issue any charge sheet nor allow him to say anything on his defend though he had verified the no.by calling, as per rule. More over the bank have asked for balance amount of loan from my jobless son. Please advise whether any legal avenue is open t my jobless son to fight this injustice.
MY OPINION THAT this fact have revealed that there are so many ways that the said has made cheating, misrepresenting, falsely made a training session and out most, the whole procedure is a misrepresentation of service, so many ways your son can make litigation against the said bank at competent jurisdiction, contact with me as early.
